High unemployment rate of Graduates remains a challenge in South Africa.

Free of charge: Enshrine Placements are showcasing this pool of “work ready graduates” online interview questionnaire spreadsheet on behalf of IIE Rosebank College I Pretoria CBD.

The IIE Rosebank College I Pretoria CBD embarked on a Graduate Empowerment Programme (GEP) to upskill their graduates to enter the job market. Since inception of this programme, they have placed more than 12 500 graduates in first time employment and the demand for their graduates is on the rise.

Seven (7) of the 41 graduates passed with an “A aggregate” in secondary school.

Tell me about a time when you had to get to the root cause of a problem to make a decision.:

It was in tertiary, during a WIL assessment. We had a student who was incompetent and not determined. I had to call a meeting to discuss our problem as she was slowing us down and my main goal for our group was to get a distinction, with her involved, we were not going to achieve it. We had to dismiss her and rebuild our group again.

Explain your decision behind selecting your chosen field of study.:

I have always seen myself as a leader from primary school. I was always the group leader, guiding, leading, and managing people. I chose business Management because I always wanted to be a manager of a business. I see much in senior positions, a CEO of my company or a branch manager of a company with excellent leadership skills and experience

What type of company or Industry would you like to work in? You are most welcome to include company names.:

I would really like to work in corporate or government. But I mainly prefer corporate as I see myself having my own desk, wearing formal. Companies like Network Recruitment, SAP (Woodmead), Liberty, Sanlam, King Insurance , Head Office branches for retail companies

Business Consultant / adviser/ Customer Service Consultant Administrator/ Project manager /Assistant manager

I believe I have good interpersonal skills and I’m able to talk to people, to give them a better viewpoint and advise.

An experienced business manager with a consistent track record of successfully employing best business practices that improve efficiency, reduce operating costs whilst increasing productivity, all to tight time scales and within budget. Having a professional attitude and an ability to be flexible and handle change in a positive manner. Possessing excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, Lebogang is presently looking for a Business Manager position with a forward moving company.
