At Enshrine Placements, we believe true success means giving back — to both people and the planet.

That is why 10 % of every successful placement fee is automatically directed toward the ongoing restoration and protection of our own Brandbach Wetlands Conservation Project on Brandbach Retreat Farm (42-hectare property near Cullinan / Bronkhorstspruit, South Africa).

This is a living, actively regenerating 4-hectare wetland ecosystem that includes

• Wetland rehabilitation and invasive species removal
• Permaculture swales (built from the existing trench/channel)
• Replanting of indigenous wetland species
• 20+ beehives (expanding toward 100 hives) supporting local pollinators
• Rotational grazing and regenerative agriculture practices
• Solar power installations for off-grid sustainability

Every placement we make literally helps restore a piece of South Africa’s wetland ecosystem and contributes to measurable outcomes such as 35–45 tons of CO₂ sequestered annually.

Transparency & Proof of Impact

For every successful placement, we issue a formal Contribution Certificate from Enshrine Holdings (Pty) Ltd. This certificate details:

  • The exact amount contributed
  • The date of the contribution
  • The specific wetlands restoration project it supports.

We also provide the corresponding bank-transfer proof so clients can see the funds have been transferred directly to the conservation account.

This commitment is non-negotiable and forms part of our Regenerative Recruitment model. It is one of the ways we walk our talk — every time we help a company find the right person, we also help heal a piece of our natural heritage.
