On the project side, I lead end-to-end delivery across the full lifecycle, from planning and execution through to handover. My focus is HSE, quality, schedule, cost control and risk management. I work with cross-functional teams, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
At a portfolio level, I’m responsible for prioritisation, resource allocation, and performance oversight across multiple projects, ensuring delivery is aligned to business goals and that we’re optimising value across the portfolio.
