-Training equipment has to be out and ready in order to keep to time and not overwork
-Full transparency must be given to players in order to keep the positive team culture

I am a young, energetic, driven, high spirited lover of people. I'm a fitness fanatic that has played and excelled in all types of sports throughout my schooling career. I continued with my rugby career at university and worked towards playing professionally. I'm an aspiring entrepreneur in the fitness industry with my company registered. I'm backing up my entrepreneurial aspirations through my university studies towards a business management qualification. Which I obtained in the year of 2022, As I step into the Corporate environment, I'm looking to meet individuals that may allow me to excel within the space and really do well.

As I am looking for a graduate program, at the moment my ideal position would be rotating in various departments in order to find out what I am most passionate about and find exactly what my niche is.

I absolutely love Doing rugby, whether that be watching it, playing it or somehow participating in it, it's truly the one place so far in my life that I have really felt at peace and had a massive sense of belonging.

The ideal company for me would be a company that really cares about its employees namely, Mental and Physical, as well as a company where I feel part of a family, this being important to me as I feel when things get tough it always makes the tough easy to get through when you have got someone to work through those experiences with. A company that would also really work for me is one that values hard-work and recognizes hard-work, being recognized for me personally always gives extra motivation when needed.
