I am setting up exploratory meetings for a middle age energetic and highly intelligent Maintenance Manager/ Coating supervisor. For the past 2 years, he has been managing a variety of boilers that require various types of refractories for the combustion zones. The biggest boiler was a biomass boiler that was a combination of water tubes and fire tubes. The water tubes were locating in the combustion zone and required specific grades of refractory in the different areas to protect the tubes from direct exposure to the heat but also transfer heat effectively to the tubes. he also had experience in lagging and cladding on the steam pipes and vessels to firstly insulate the pipes and vessels to increase efficiency as well as a mitigation to prevent injury to personnel.

he was responsible to ensure maximum plant availability at six locations in the KZN Region. Manage a team of three engineers, four artisans and two apprentices. Stand in as acting Regional Manager in absence of the Regional Manager.
