Primary purpose of current/most recent position:
This is to mentor, coach, plan and ensure implementation of both engineering and projects. On daily basis, I help the team to review the previous job happenings and make strategic action plans to do it better with lean and agility. I make the departmental budget and follow up its full implementation. I help ideation, design, procurement, installation and commissioning of new equipment and plants. I make the departmental KPIs and ensure full implementation.
