A meticulous, hard –working and focused professional who has a long track record of identifying probable risk, preventing accident and incidents, implementing safety regulations. I have considerable experience in a Health and Safety role and am an expert in the fields of drawing-up sate operational procedures and making recommendations following any accident or incidents, able to manage all aspect to the SHEQ System ISO 9001, ISO 14001 as well as ISO 45001 Compliances.
Core elements or functions that must operate effectively in order to achieve primary purpose:
Planning, Developing and Executing a safety related plan
Ensure that work activities are in line with SHE game plan focus area
Enable the implementation control within the Heat Treatment work and share the best practice
Provide risk based operational input to the business unit SHE plans to ensure key focus areas.
Address Major Risks, Audit results and learning from previous incidents
Conduct risk-based assurance audits with risk profile & verify effective critical control
Coaches operation Managers to develop employee’s competency through training matrix
