Throughout my 30-year career, I have demonstrated proficiency in overseeing project management for major Process Development projects, steering strategic-level Business Improvement initiatives, and assuming Senior Project Management responsibilities for key projects. This wealth of experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in project management and has honed my ability to navigate complex challenges with innovative solutions.

Core elements or functions that must operate effectively in order to achieve primary purpose:

1. Initiation of the project, formally and within governance, via an approved Charter, Scope and WBS.
2. Planning the project - most importantly to secure the approval of Project Execution Plan with all the discipline Management Plans.
3. Executing the project - day to day implementation activities to achieve the Plan.
4. Monitoring and controlling via efficient communication, reporting and structures.
5. Closing out the project, including retrospectives and identification of lessons learned for future references.
