Achievements:
Spearheaded a ZAR 62 million quarterly cost-saving initiative by implementing a group-wide SAP Automated System and developing a Delivery Cost Recovery Budget Model.
Designed, developed, and successfully rolled out the TEMS PRP Solutions System across the entire Soft Drink Division (adapted from brewery operations), delivering optimised management of Supply Chain manufacturing/warehouse overtime and labour relations rest periods.
Delivered ZAR 28 million in third-party HOSAF Resin savings through detailed cost-centre mapping, accurate reallocation, and full alignment between Supply Chain regional stores and COF actuals.
Directed the end-to-end commissioning of a new ZAR 80 million canning line, managing complete CAPEX processes and RFA Charter development.
