Key responsibilities and accountabilities of ideal position:
Laboratory chemist is responsible for the running of the laboratory. He/she ensures the laboratory technicians/analysts and laboratory Assistants are doing what is required to be done in the laboratory. He/she is responsible for training of laboratory staff,ordering of laboratory chemicals and handling of laboratory budget and attending meetings with the senior management in regard of the laboratory environment.
