Primary purpose of current/most recent position:
Zimele offered me the opportunity to, while working, to study and obtain SAP global certification in 2 areas of specialization. I am currently preparing for certification in SAPïs development language, ABAP. For my day-to-day duties, I am assigned to Zimeleïs SAP Support Delivery Centre where I support the Delivery Centre Lead to collect, clean, process and report the client service related data. Since the Delivery Centre services multiple clients, the data sources vary widely. I utilize Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Excel VBA macros, and Microsoft Power Automate extensively to automate the data processes and develop graphic reports.
Core elements or functions that must operate effectively in order to achieve primary purpose:
1) Study SAP ABAP to prepare for my exam to get certified thus having accesses to the correct study material and an effective support system if any questions comes up. 2) To have the SAP Technicians correctly log there tickets as well as weekly extracts of said logged tickets. 3) Proper communication with the client and my direct supervisor as to know what the client needs.
Description of self, along with greater purpose and passions:
I graduated and received the BEng (Chem Eng) degree from the University of Stellenbosch. I am excited and ready to become part a working environment where I can apply the skills, experience, and knowledge I obtained in my studies and internship, contributing to an organization and community, and continue to develop and improve my skills. I am known as a diligent worker, accuracy and deadlines are especially important. I also enjoy public speaking and debating. I enjoy improving myself in an dynamic and excellent company.

I love learning new things. This can be doen by solving new problems that appear when designing or commissioning a plant. I also love to be able to debate about a problem with someone to find the optimal solution.
