I work on projects from start to end by meeting with clients to get the client brief plus the following duties: - Interpret the client brief into a design brief - Get brief approved. - Design a proposal. - Present to client. - Do technical documentation of approved design. - Supervise council approval process. - Prepare tender documentation. - Analyze tenders. - Site supervision. - Contract Supervision. - Fee calculations. - Project management. - Consultants liaising. - Snagging. - Closing out of contracts.
