Primary purpose of current/most recent position:

Business Improvement. However, I do not want to focus on my current role, but on the previous and preferred role as Process Engineer. To provide specialist support and lead the development and execution of optimisation and low-capital debottlenecking projects.

(1) Effective cross-functional communication / Cross-Functional collaboration: Geometallurgy, Production, Engineering, Finance, Processing. It is very important to have good standing relationships if the objective is process improvement as it often involves key players with different functional expertise working together to realise a process improvement. Routine oversight with the different teams is critical. (2) Initiative / Pro-Active: Data analysis plays a critical role. Analysis of operational data will guide you on what part of your process requires attention. Process Improvement is not reacting to events as they occur but anticipating future bottlenecks or needs in order for you to make a positive change. (3) Stakeholder Management
