• Spearhead planning, scheduling, and coordination of multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Champion safety and welfare protocols for subcontractors and laborers, fostering a culture of safety on-site.
• Proactively resolve material delivery issues, enhancing workflow and minimizing project delays.
• Manage subcontractor interfaces, facilitating issue resolution and maintaining strong collaborative relationships.
• Deliver onsite assistance to ensure alignment with project milestones, optimizing resource utilization and efficiency.
• Engage in detailed discussions with clients to clarify expectations, leading to improved stakeholder satisfaction.
• Oversee the construction of key systems, including the Pulse Jet Fabric Filter Plant, Boiler Cleaning System, and Oil Burner System, achieving project objectives within scope.

Sub-contractors complying with health and safety standards and adhering to the project quality plan. Also ensuring there is no overspent on the set budget for the specific project and spares required to complete the plant is delivered on time to prevent any claims for standing time coming from late spare delivery.
