Description of self, along with greater purpose and passions:

My diverse skill set allows me to hone in on my legal function within varied departments of a company and therefore serve as a reliable resource. My experience in merging technical expertise with the practice of law, has allowed me to employ deeper understanding in meeting the needs of my employer as my thinking is not linear. My personality and drive naturally lend itself to being results driven, motivated and a determined lawyer to achieve positive results that make a difference. Being in a position of practising law within a multi-jurisdictional environment on an international platform has allowed me to expand my skill-set as a lawyer and appreciate cultural and professional working differences and build relationships that serve to benefit the employer. I enjoy motivating others to succeed and believe that every problem has a solution, you just need to find the solution.

Solving legal complexities and providing solutions. As a results driven lawyer I pride myself on engineering solutions to legal problems. Being in a position of exercising negotiation as a skill to resolution. Working within a technically charged environment that feeds the law which allows me to absorb other areas of knowledge that directly impact legal resolution. Achieving my KPI's that align with transaction completion, whether it is concluding an exercise of negotiation or successfully managing litigation / pre-litigation proceedings or settling matters before they become a problem. Seeing my employer happy with a legal outcome is very motivating.
