Primary purpose of current/most recent position:

In my current position, the purpose of my role is to serve as a strategic legal and compliance expert advisor ensuring that sound legal and compliance practices are applied within the organization. The function further supports the business' growth initiatives through mergers and acquisitions by assessing and mitigating risk and providing comprehensive legal advise and support on major projects aligned to strategic initiatives.

1. Managing variety of commercial agreements, negotiations, legal documents, correspondence, and disputes.
2. Drive a culture of compliance by living the core values, identifying/mitigating risks and implementing policies and procedures that
govern the business relationships with external parties.
3. Implementation and continuous improvement of the compliance program to cover anti- bribery and anti-corruption, competition law,
third party management, corporate governance and data privacy initiatives.
4. Understanding business needs and strategic objectives.
5. Keeping up to date with legislative changes that could impact the company and training interventions.
