Project Engineer

Available for exploratory interviews.
Ref: EP62810576

A versatile chemical engineer that can confidently adapt my skills to any conceptual or analytical career. My years working as an engineer has taught me that engineering is a way of thinking, so I always approach any task with a practical and innovative mindset. My occupational experience has focused predominantly on research and development, additive manufacturing (3D printing), tests and measurements, design and modelling and simulations.

While I find fulfilment in this amalgamation of roles, my ultimate aspiration has always been to assume the role of a project manager. This role would involve overseeing projects comprehensively, ensuring the successful completion of all sub tasks. My strengths lie in overseeing projects and ensuring that each sector of work is performed in its correct order. I excel at managing timelines and schedules, essentially bringing together all the pieces to form the final product. I prefer not to simply assign tasks but rather to follow up and guide individuals along the way.

Ultimately, the objective is to deliver prototypes, validate designs, or provide comprehensive reports based on simulation outcomes.

Core elements or functions that must operate effectively in order to achieve primary purpose:

Systems engineering.
Technical engineering design which involves calculations.

While I prefer autonomy in technical work, I am fully open to and capable of contributing effectively in teamwork settings.

Ideal company (culture and values):

I envision working for a company that embodies professionalism while also fostering a friendly and social culture. I believe it's crucial to have a supportive environment where colleagues readily assist one another during moments of uncertainty or when someone possesses expertise in a particular area. Honesty, straightforwardness, and kindness are values I hold dear and seek in a company culture. Additionally, I am drawn to environments filled with motivated individuals who are goal-oriented. Being surrounded by such colleagues would not only facilitate learning but also serve as a source of motivation for personal and professional growth.
