Primary purpose of current/most recent position:

Uphold the requirements of the GMR2.1 as the designated person as per OHS ACT. Manage a Maintenance team and also provide technical expertise to the team. Perform root cause analysis on equipment failure and apply reliability-centred maintenance. Monitor frequency and modes of equipment failures, breakdowns accidents and overtime. Manage projects for equipment renewals and capital projects on time and within budget. Manage equipment uptime through fast response and repairs of plant breadowns. Schedule minimising planned downtime and reducing unplanned downtime. Develop maintenance strategies and company maintenance and implement those strategies. Conduct risk assessments, plant walk downs and identify plant and processes risk and formulate strategy to reduce them. Manage contractors on-site to ensure they meet company and legal requirements.
