Primary purpose of current/most recent position:
As a shift leader i manage workers productivity when a general manager is not around, heads up a shift of workers scheduled during a particular part of the day. Along with assigning basic tasks, I provide ongoing feedback and direction as work is performed. I also addresses any employee conflicts that arise during the course of a shift. Carry out Breakdowns, change overs and production Attend Meetings for planning to give feedbacks to the team.

I work with a team of 8 well trained colleagues each one has a specific task or duties to be carried throughout the 8 hour shift each team member has to be committed to their line of duties during production, I make sure everyone in utilized accordingly in order for me to achieve the required results.
