Manage the yard employees. Making sure the job is done to the correct standard. Liaising with the clients to make sure the correct product is supplied Toolbox talks. Training on correct methods to be used. SHE rep and training.

Correct product and fitment. Customer satisfaction. All faults on vehicles reported to the client. Make sure the sales reps know the condition of their fleet.
