Successfully implemented ISO 9001:2015. Currently implementing an Integrated Management System, that includes IS0 45001:2018 & 14001:2015. I also assume the role of coaching the Operational Team (production;quality; technical & supply-chain). I am also the co-ordinator of all new products/business projects. I am the Lead problem solving custodian and the window customer liaison.
