I am the fabricator/team lead on site work. At the work shop I am responsible for fabrication and job tracking.

A clean working environment to ensure a safe working space. A organized work station. Proper communication between fellow workers.
Description of self, along with greater purpose and passions:
I like to focus on the details, always trying to get the tolerance as small as possible when fabricating. I also like to make processes more efficient without cutting on quality. I don't like feeling stuck in one place that is why I try to learn more or new ways of doing things.

Senior Fabricator / Workshop Manager / College Lecturer.

Senior fabricator - Teach people working with me the tricks of the trade.
Workshop Manager - Motivate everyone by being with them and helping them to complete the project/task.
