Draughtsman must follow drawing office procedures set up. Factory staff must also be aware of these procedures, so they can also follow them, especially in regards to design changes, mistakes spotted on drawings, drawing revisions, and drawing clarifications (ie extra information that might need to be added on to drawing to make it clearer to the manufacturing staff what to do.
