Primary purpose of current/most recent position:
The main purpose is to ensure that we are legally compliant. Assist in trending for the business the biggest risks, incidents, procedures that need to be reviewed and followed, provide statistical data on where we stand in terms of process safety management. Ensure we address Quality risks, Environmental impacts and aspects. Continuous monitoring of Health risks.
Core elements or functions that must operate effectively in order to achieve primary purpose:
- Legally complaint, risk assessments are conducted, procedures are adhered to, training is provided where necessary, environmental impacts and aspects are assessed and mitigated.
- We don’t have legal directives.
- Flag to the business when the are safety, health, environmental and quality risks and ensure they are effectively mitigated.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities of ideal position:
-Provide guidance on SHE-related matters, including hazard/aspect identification,
