Conducting Safety Audits Audits; reviewing Method statement and Risk Assessment; Approving safety Files; Attending Pre construction meetings; Conducting Terminal induction to new contractors; Implementation of Standards; conducting PTO's for contractors.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities of ideal position:
• Compiling Environmental Management Plan Report (EMP)
• Identify potential process, asset features that could escalate into major incidents.
• Evaluate quality of previous risk studies and advise. (Action verification).
• Analyse regulations and ensure compliance
• Communicate findings and obtain managements response recommendations
• Providing support to SHE Committees and ensure that outcomes of such meetings are communicated to the correct stakeholders;
• Review of SHE files and information systems on daily basis for documents and records relevant to the organization;
• Compiling weekly and monthly reports and attending management meetings.
• Issuing of NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) and stop Work Authority
• Monitor and maintain the SHE Management System to ensure the latest information is published.
• Performing Internal and external SHEQ Audit.
• Action Verification and Approving Risk Assessment.
• Enforcing Legal Compliance.
