I understand the complexities of managing an operation from a legislative, operational and business perspective.
If I am allowed to manage the operation "as if it were my business", my years of contracting and the last 15 years as business owner will stand me in good stead to ensure the owners have a professional operation. Furthermore, I have recently engaged with some senior management and mine department officials in Zimbabwe to start developing a presence in Zimbabwe.
