I am currently employed as the Programme Manager – Iron Ore Expansion. I am responsible for the coordination and integration of the planning and execution of all projects under the Group Managed Programme – Iron Ore Expansion, each at varying stages of inception and/or completion.

Core elements or functions that must operate effectively in order to achieve primary purpose:

I oversees the implementation of appropriate programme management tools and systems to drive the tracking, monitoring, and measuring of the cluster performance. I also deputize for the Programme Director as and when necessary. I support the programme director in the identification, measurement, tracking and reporting of programme benefits as well as proactively monitoring cluster progress, identifying issues and initiating corrective action. I also proactively identify, monitor and treat programme risks ensuring that cluster outputs meet programme requirements in line with the programme blueprint, and programme dossier on quality, time and budget. I am also responsible to produce and maintain an integrated view of the programme to provide a single source of information for the Iron Ore Expansion Programme, as well as actively participating in and contributing to cluster health checks and programme level gate reviews and audits.
