Started as a temp at Pearson VUE in the customer call centre where every week I had logged the most incoming calls and solved the most customer complaints. After that I was hand-picked from the call centre for my good work and eventually was offered the Creditor’s Accountant role even though I had had no formal training in accounts apart from bookkeeping.

Responsible for sourcing top candidates for the positions myself and my colleagues have open.
Calling clients on a regular basis to build up a relationship so that as soon as a position becomes available my name pops into their hear first.
Marketing my candidates back into the industry to generate new jobs as well as increase my candidates exposure to the market which increases their chances of advancing in their career.
Keeping an eye and being up to speed with our target market by doing research.
