Introduction:
With a passion for helping people find their right careers and changing lives I joined the recruitment industry 13 years ago. Starting within the Commercial, Financial and Executive area, moving to where I am now within the Engineering and Technical Skills.
My husband and I recently relocated to Windhoek, Namibia after living in Lagos, Nigeria for almost 5 years. As Enshrine Placements operates from a virtual platform, we can work from anywhere and I am therefore able to successfully look after my clients that are based all over Africa. Successfully developed our footprint while in Lagos.
With industry knowledge, a great team and resources to my aid and a smile and positive attitude, I believe this is where our difference lie – We are in the business of making companies successful. My job is not to find you a candidate, my job is to understand your need, listen to your struggle or pain and help make your recruitment need as painless and worry-free as I possibly can.

What is the primary purpose of this position?
The Primary purpose is to find a suitable match (Candidate) for your client within the time line and salary bracket given by the client.
What are the core elements or functions that must operate effectively in order for you to achieve your primary purpose?
As a consultant, you need to be able to multitask and function in an ever-changing environment. The culture is very target-driven and goal-oriented. You Need to make sure you understand exactly what the client wants and what his pain is, then only can you find the right candidate within the right time.
What are some of your greatest achievements (When and how have you saved your employers time, money and resources)?
I close 2/3 deals every month consecutively – this is about R80k – R100k nett every month. I am the best biller in the Enshrine Team.
If you were to illuminate your skills and abilities along with your greater purpose and passions in life, how would you describe yourself?
I am a happy, confident, positive and very social person. I love life and what it has to offer. My greater purpose in life is to be a blessing in other people’s lives…I want to change lives.

What are the manufacturing processes/ technologies that you have experience in relevant to your ideal position/ next career steps?
I have to understand the different terminology in the Engineering Industry and what the different disciplines in Engineering entail. Never ever give up attitude, when you fall off the horse, you just gotta get back up!

I am happy when people around me are happy, family, friends and my husband. I enjoy recruitment because I can change people’s lives by helping them find the perfect career.
