They currently have a vacancy for a National Marketing Manager to be responsible for the marketing function within the business as it relates to the proactive operational marketing planning and communications execution.
Preference will be given to someone with a B.Com Marketing or B.Com Communications degree together with 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role.
Annual group marketing plan designed and implemented inclusive of promotions and events.
Regular revision of business plans.
Ensure compliant and effective group marketing strategies are developed and implemented.
Development and management of the budget.
Opportunities and threats are catered for.
Digital plan developed and implemented.
Production of key customer messages for all product offerings.
Maintain and build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders/dealer principles of the company.
Strategic leadership and development of the marketing team.
Development, management, monitoring and measurement of integrated marketing programme plans and communications.
Supervision of communication execution through the line (all channels).
Creative development of relevant marketing materials.
Agency and staff management.

Job Qualification & Experience:
Preference B.Com Marketing or B.Com Communications degree.
Marketing Management Diploma or equivalent professional qualification.
5-7 years’ experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Formal presentation skills.

Problem analysis and problem-solving.
