Job Description:

Our client currently has an opportunity for a Marketing Manager with Franchise experience. The successful incumbent will have a vision for what they want to accomplish and implement that by developing a marketing strategy and having a firm understanding of the market trends.

Position details:

Developing the marketing and brand strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with targets and incentives.
Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
Measure and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product/ campaign launches.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
Corporate communication to Franchisees, FRM’s and Champs.
Acting as the company’s representative to train new Franchisees and Champs on marketing strategy.
Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendar.
Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
Plan meeting and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
Ensure the company brand checklist is implemented for each new Franchisee and Area Representative.
Ensure Studio visits and Area Representative visits are scheduled and company excellence reports are completed for each visit to Franchisee and Area Representatives.
Facilitate Franchise Presentations and nurture all Franchise Leads.
Organize and facilitate bi-monthly Brand Induction Trainings & monthly Workshops.

Job Qualification & Experience:

Marketing qualification.
3 years experience in a similar role
