Job description / core competencies:
Reporting to the Managing Partner your key responsibilities would be to manage and oversee client assignments and structure work schedules accordingly. Driving each assignment through to its natural conclusion will be your overall goal.
You should be comfortable delivering both formal & informal presentations both internally & externally. Strong written report skills are needed to produce clear, persuasive and concisely written presentations.
You will be responsible for planning & managing the delivery of quality work by the team.
Directing the quantitative analysis, assessing the depth required for each assignment, translating the analysis into useful findings & quality assuring the results will be a primary responsibility.
You will be responsible for managing the development of your team (internal and client) during the length of each project and identifying opportunities for them to grow and build their skills.
You will direct the source & level of data gathering necessary & judge the necessity of client interviews & the strategic content of those interviews.
You will be expected to build productive and lasting client relationships at all levels.
You will be expected to build productive and lasting relationships within the company at all levels and be seen as a valued member of the office community – contributing to internal, firm-building activities proactively.
You should develop & identify new business opportunities as they present themselves.

Job Qualification & Experience:
Undergraduate degree from a top tier university and an MBA from a top tier university.
Candidates should have an exemplary scholastic record & have been recognised for special academic awards or participating in elite programs.
As a Senior Manager you will have between 3 – 5 years of professional experience, gained in a top strategy consulting organisation.
You should be able to demonstrate rapid career progression & a strong track record within your current organisation.
You must be able to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation (client and internal), rapidly building rapport, establishing your credibility and gaining trust.
You must possess the flexibility and commercialism to manage a diverse range of responsibilities in a dynamic & results oriented environment.
Foreign language skills and international work experience are important to demonstrate cultural sensitivity and ability to work in highly challenging environments.
You must have demonstrated flexibility in adjusting to highly varied projects and rapidly coming up the learning curve in unfamiliar industries and functions.
You must have a track record of successfully completing different types of projects, ranging from strategy to implementation, across a number of unrelated industries.
