Type: Permanent
Primary purpose: Effective, efficient execution of field equipment, project inspections. This incorporates all preceding pre-work and testing in line with customer, business requirements and
standards.
Reports to: Internal Sales Manager

Job description / core competencies:
Responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing all tasks related to a specific project.
Preparation of documentation required to place supplier orders at company standards.
Interface with order processing team to ensure expediting of orders placed is correctly processed and to customer satisfaction, and compile works instruction form for interface with workshop area.
Ensure goods received are as per customer specification sheets and purchased orders, thereby ensuring the quality and services are to the requirements of the customer.
Source alternate solutions to obstacles either internally or externally that may arise during the project and escalate nonadherence.
Arrange and facilitate internal pre-inspections and customer inspections.
Assist internal and external customers with technical reviews during project execution phase.
Ensure stores area packs and delivers goods in line with company standards and customers ‘expectations.
To be done strictly according to time frames indicated to customer.

Academic qualifications:
Grade 12 / Matric
Diploma/N6 Technical qualification

Experience:
Project related administration advantageous
Technical Instrumentation Experience
MS Office Proficient

Knowledge, skills & abilities:
Must have sound working knowledge on MS Office.
Be able to apply their sales ability as well as their technical ability.
Able to always expedite and update the customer.
Must be self-disciplined and target driven
Time management, task planning & prioritising
Analyse issues and solve problems
Problem analysis and solution driven
