Located in Johannesburg, our client is looking for an Internal Sales Manager to be responsible for administering the efficient, value for money delivery of a high-quality repairs service to meet the individual needs. He/she will be responsible for preparing and managing, job cards and evaluation of the repair costs. He/she will also be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to Internal and External customers as required, plus managing the sale of new parts.

Requirements: Tertiary qualification, 5-10 years of clerical and administrative experience in a mining environment and knowledge of Spark and Navision. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.

Reports to: Operations Manager.

Job description / core competencies:
Provide administrative support to internal and external customers
To lead and manage team and administrative staff in the inspection scheduling quoting and delivery of repairs
Manage performance of direct repairs staff
Disciplining employees to agreed policies and procedures
Drive staff development
Continuous customer management / engagement
Provide meaningful reporting to Senior Management in a timely and effective manner
Develop positive relationships with clients working closely with the relevant account manager
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in timely manner
To lead and manage team and administrative staff in the inspection scheduling quoting and delivery of repairs

Job Qualification & Experience:

Tertiary qualification
5-10 years of experience
Driver’s license
Clerical and administrative experience in mining environment with
Knowledge of Spark and Navision
Computer Literacy – MS Office, CRM Software and Microsoft Excel in particular
Production repairs department
Communication skills – english essential
Report writing
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Good interpersonal skills and dealing with clients professionally, excellent oral, and cross functional communication
Ability to work under pressure and to interact at various level
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-task
Should be strong in administration
Analytics thinking
Trend analysis
