Our client, a Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA), is looking to appoint an Interim Executive Manager: Corporate Services for a 6-month period with possible renewal thereafter.
Required days: Monday to Friday
Period: Six (6) Months with possible renewal thereafter
Working hours: 08h00 to 16h30 (08 Hours)
Commence date: As soon as possible
Position location: Bedfordview
The interim Executive Manager: Corporate Services will be responsible for the direction, management, and performance of the corporate services division. The incumbent will be tasked with the responsibility to provide strategic direction for a combination of functional support divisions comprising such as Human Resources, ICT, Marketing and Communications and the operational management of facility and repository services.
Job Qualification & Experience:
Prost-graduate degree in business administration, public administration, human resource management or related field (NQF level 8).
In addition to the above, a Master of Business Administration (strategic management) or related qualification would be an added advantage.
10 to 12 years in a corporate services, general management, or human resources environment, of which at least 5 years must have been at a senior management level.
Experience in overseeing a unionized environment and exposure to the core corporate services of human resources, marketing and communications, record management and ICT in order to effectively manage the specialist functional managers.
