Our client currently has an opportunity for an Industrial Engineer to develop and maintain technical documentation, develop processes required for the manufacture of products and reduce the cost of manufacture.
The successful incumbent will hold a Degree or Higher Diploma in Industrial/Mechanical engineering together with relevant experience.
Manage projects arising from points above and management.
Perform cost estimates for new products.
Establish and monitor production line capacity and capability in line with defined strategy and technology goals.
Perform functions related to the introduction of new products, as required by the quality system.
To integrate new or different technology related and beneficial to the company’s efforts and goals.
Establish need and specification for new or replacement machinery, equipment and tooling.
Monitor sourcing and control installation, commissioning and handover.
Involvement and direction of information related to processes and databases.
Develop and install measurable improvements to production and related methods and processes.
Resolve process-related problems in giving guidance to align with overall technology strategies.
Assist with training.
Ensure EHS and quality compliance in all activities.
To carry out duties, specifically execute projects to support process technology.
Internal and external customers and all other company departments.
Extemal sub contractors/suppliers.

Job Qualification & Experience:
Degree/Higher Diploma in Industrial/Mechanical engineering.
High level of computer literacy
