Secondary responsibility is to assist and perform change focused administrative functions for the Regional Sales Manager and support for the sales team. Business Intelligence to be extracted and presented in a manner that supports the strategic sales intent of the business. Our client is a market leader in process control instrumentation.

Reports to: Internal Sales Manager
Primary purpose: Ensuring sales activity areas are captured on the CRM system and generating pro-active reports to management. Business Intelligence to be extracted and presented in a manner that supports the strategic sales intent of the business.

Job description / core competencies:
Manage RFQ email inbox and register.
Manage customer portals for incoming RFQ’s.
CRM data management for all incoming RFQ’s and revisions.
Co-ordinate Regional Sales activities and submissions regarding data input into CRM system on a regular basis as required by the business.
Creating and publishing sales reports. Manage, organise, and update relevant data using database applications.
Manage Vendor applications, due diligence, supplier information documents and credit information requests.
Training requirements of all new employees on CRM system.
Ability to liaise with customers – Internal and External.

Job Qualification & Experience:

Academic qualifications:
Grade 12 / Matric

Experience:
Two years proven, related administration experience
Experience with customer interaction for at least 2 years
Previous CRM experience (advantageous)
