Job Description:

Position details:

Job description / core competencies:

Be part of e-Motor & Inverter R&D Team responsible for:

  • e-motor structural design, quality, cost and assembly line cycle planning;
  • e-motor processing solutions based on mechanical drawings;
  • processing design, finish processing flow and assembly instructions;
  • e-motor testing and problem solving;
  • SOP Plan for plant and assembly line and building up the assembly line.

Building up the capability of the R&D Team.

Job Qualification & Experience:

BEng/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Machine Design or related disciplines;

Extensive working experience in NEV e-motor development;

Proven skills in:

  • teamwork, organising and coordination;
  • problem solving, specifically DCM/ gearbox problems;
  • CAD, CAD command and Cando small 2D drawing CATIA V5 (or UG) and AutoCAD.
