Our client builds and services a variety of Petrol Tankers, Refrigerated Units, Auger Bulkers and Cement Tankers. They currently have an opportunity available for a Call Out Manager to manage the call-out division on a daily basis, providing customers with a superior service, attend regular BPR meetings to discuss improving the sales strategy, quality and human capitalization of the company.
The successful incumbent needs to exceed customer expectations of the company brand. The position allows you to set and monitor you own goals to align with the company’s values and goals.
The scope of work involves every trailer that our client manufactures, so a broad knowledge is a must, which can be very challenging due to the variety of products.
Reports to: General Manager.
Reporting, total staff compliment: 7.

Travel requirements: It will be necessary to attend training within South Africa on occasions. Away from home travel will be once every two to three months for a few days at a time

Job Qualification & Experience:
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role with a technical knowledge and background on trailers.
- 1 to 2-years’ experience managing a team.
- Higher National Diploma
- Background in Electrics, Metal Fabrication, Petroleum Engineering, Welding would be an advantage.
