Our client, a well-known pharmaceutical company based in the East Rand area of Gauteng, is looking for an experienced Administrator/ Receptionist to join their team.
This position assists a team so the ideal candidate must be able to take instructions well and carry out tasks quickly and effectively.
Reports to: Financial Manager
Travel requirements: None
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Manage the switchboard
Assist the Financial Manager with bookkeeping duties
Manage office consumables
Order hand towels
Record keeping and ordering of stationery
Ordering of groceries and other staff refreshments
Order toner and send meter reports
Manage the tea lady
Manage the maintenance of the office e.g. aircon, lights and other building repairs and maintenance
Record keeping of vehicle service books and license renewals
Arrange and book services and license renewals
Check fines using an app
Maintain the insurance schedule
Complete sample forms
SA waste service delivery check
Check fleet reports
Complete vendor forms
Processing of invoices
Keep record of staff leave
Record keeping of pallet storage
Location (country, city): East Rand, Gauteng
Job Qualification & Experience:
- Proficient in all Microsoft programmes
- Good communication skills
