Looking for the next step in your career?  One of South Africa’s leading B-BBEE advisory service providers has an opportunity for an Administrative Manager / Office Manger to join their team

In this role you will be in charge of coordinating the organization’s administration system and general workflows. Duties will include supervising staff, facilitating communication throughout the company and developing procedures to make the workplace more efficient.

Position details 

Manage employees.

Assist with performance appraisals.

Make sure jobs are completed correctly.

Guide the organisations activities.
Identify opportunities to improve on the company’s policies or objectives.

Ensure the company is operating securely and effectively.

Prepare and review operational reports.

Lead and participate in meetings.

 

Job Qualification & Experience:

  • Proven experience as Administration Manager or similar.
    In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
    Proficient in MS Office.
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    A team player with leadership skills.
  • Qualification in a business administration or relative field.
    Unsurpassed communication skills both written and verbal
