I am Chrisstell Holder, also known as Chris, CEO of MCH International Recruitment and I joined in collaboration with Enshrine Placements almost 4 years ago.
I have 15 years of technical recruitment experience local and globally. One of the most fulfilling things in my 15 interesting years of doing recruitment is meeting new people and finding ways to help them have an uplifting experience.
Always doing my part, being as useful as possible and giving to the best of my abilities I know I can make a difference in people’s lives.

Build in depth relationships with business stakeholders and develop an intricate understanding of the business context in order to facilitate search for optimal talent to meet the business requirements.
Provide support to team members and the business through on-boarding of talent into the organization, providing input where required into tender processes, providing relevant reports as required, creating templates and processes relating to recruitment and on-boarding and other general team members support as required.
Responsible for sourcing talent through the use of various channels including direct search and headhunt as well as connecting with passive talent and building a talent pipeline.
Consult with line managers when a new job opening occurs to help them identify the exact skills set required, the best approaches to recruit for the position and to advise generally on the best method to fill the position for best long term business results.
Evaluate and collate sources of information regarding candidates, including information from employment checks, psychometric assessments and discuss with the hiring manager to facilitate an appropriate hiring decision.
Utilising sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies.
Visiting clients to build and develop relationships.
Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment.
Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media.
Utilising social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers.
Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding of suitable applicants.
Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates.
