At my last company Tower Group – I started there at the end of 2011 and they had the tender for SARS, but no consultant could succeed because Government is very difficult to recruit for. I was given the client and said see what you can do. I was very successful in placing various positions from Financial, HR Executive, Facilities, Travel and IT specialists with them. In 2013 the tender came up again for SARS and Tower got the tender for the next 5 years as generalist recruitment because I could and have placed across the board for them and understood there business. I have good negotiations skills when it comes to the clients.
