To show case and Place Enshrines “World Scarce”Technical and Engineering Talent in Africa.
To be the Preferred Human Capital Management Service Provider for Engineering and Technical Leaders that are operating or have the intention to do business in Africa.
Facilitate Enshrines Agents, Candidates & Service Providers to focus on their primary purpose and core competencies and assist them to re-engineer their ideal career opportunity and create their own working environment in line with their core competencies, characteristics and what they are talented to do.
What are the core elements or functions that must operate effectively in order for you to achieve your primary purpose?
Promote, Build and Magnify our Enshrine Brand by leveraging the social media networks, technology, systems and our candidates and clients feedback.
Crystallize and fine tune Enshrines Unique Value Offer.
Facilitate that our Enshrine Agents and Service Providers are maximizing their time spent with their most important candidates and clients, and have prioritized and planned they daily and weekly activities. Our systems and processes are aligned to ensure that our Support Division (Knowledge Management, Communications and Publishing) are working in synchronicity with the Enshrines Agents priority candidates and clients in implementing and driving our marketing, resource, feedback action plans and activities for the day.

I have an exceptional ability to sell. I have an intuitive gift to see the strengths, character and talent in an individual and the natural gift to apply the person’s skill set as a solution to a client in filling a gap.
My passion and purpose in life is to Add Value. I have aspired to be a great leader so that I can develop leaders and to multiple the Value Add to people and the environment.
My drive has been to help facilitate that people work in their flow, their natural gifts, talents and strengths, to enable them to have fun, be stretched, challenged and have a balanced life style. Spending quality time with family. Focused on their priorities to add maximum return to their shareholders.
As a child I wanted to make people’s dreams come true.
My passion is in Engineering. Our Engineers have great hearts and have the expertise and knowledge to be the change agent in Africa. To ensure that all living creatures on this planet have potable water to drink and for the future generations and that we respect and care for the environment we do not waste the earths resources.
