Supervise tooling design, manufacturing, and repairing process. Coordinate with project manager and project team for timely completion of project activities. Deliver tooling support to Finance, Controlling, Purchasing, Production, IE, and Quality Departments as per requirement. Contribute in determining and executing value-added improvement opportunities.

Provide training to tooling personnel on proper operation procedures.
Examine and update tooling KPIs to meet market demands

Adept at modifying tools, executing new dies, and increasing productivity. Demonstrated ability to manage stamping progression tool design, project planning, and SAP End-user support. 9 Years tool designing for OEM & Aftermarket parts
Managed various functions, such as project system, T-project creation and maintenance, MRP controller, tool-shop production order creation and maintenance, confirmation of hours, tooling parts procurement, cost reports, change folder requests, and the tool service process.
Headed the execution of the Logistic Productive system in EP1 with EP1 Tooling Master Data Creation; T-projects, standard routings, workcenters, hierarchies, and tool-service equipment numbers, set-up data for helping excel solutions, and training of tooling department end users in-tool-design, tool-manufacture, and tool-service.
Executed new admin system (SAP) in the tool design, machining, and service/repair sub-departments for planning and easy tracking of tool activities, while creating history of transactions.

Standardized Walch Press tool parts sizes, such as Die sets and cutting dies to allow for the storage of raw steel in house to cut project lead time.
Gained training of tool design and development for 3 months in the Kappelrodeck, Germany plant.
