Supervise tooling design, manufacturing, and repairing process. Coordinate with project manager and project team for timely completion of project activities. Deliver tooling support to Finance, Controlling, Purchasing, Production, IE, and Quality Departments as per requirement. Contribute in determining and executing value-added improvement opportunities.

Demonstrated ability to manage stamping progression tool design, project planning, and SAP End-user support. Executed new admin system (SAP) in the tool design, machining, and service/repair sub-departments for planning and easy tracking of tool activities, while creating history of transactions.
Received training of three months in the Buehl, Germany plant, for SAP EP1 Tool Management Key-user.
Presented Diaphragm Form Tooling designs in 3D Creo/ProE that allowed for a fast way to create new tools and modifications in existing tools through a parametric template as well as new Cushion Segment Progression Tool design in 3D Creo/ProE that allowed press of thinner than 0.8mm materials.
Standardized Walch Press tool parts sizes, such as Die sets and cutting dies to allow for the storage of raw steel in house to cut project lead time.
