1) Effective planning: Accurate forecasting resulting in the correct flow out outbound vs inbound to ensure overall warehouse space and budgets and capacities are sufficient
2) Logistics Management: The right logistics providers who are compliant and ensuring on time delivery and effective service at the right cost
3) Effective communication: Communication across the chain from the suppliers and factories all the way to the end customer to ensure high levels of supply chain agility.

I am an incredibly hard working individual. I always strive to deliver and produce great results. You will never hear me say “that is not my job”. I often/always take up a challenge when others do not. I do not think like everyone else which has driven many design changes and process changes which deliver great strides for the company including sourcing decisions. I have spent my life taking apart problems and putting them back together into solutions.

7. Achievements: 

I am delivering 1mio GBP of saving with respect to a warehouse supply chain design that I envisioned.
I lead the warehouse tender for Hygiene performing all the cost analysis which allowed the business to make the right design which is driving large-scale savings and increasing outbound capacity by 30%.
I built a team from 8 junior individuals to a team of 30 with several individuals promoted and receiving overseas opportunities
Completely redesigned the process around inventory management and mapping to reduce the inventory vs prior system setup by 35 Mio ZAR.
Launched new go-to-market designs in EA ( East Africa) launching in new distributors and regions which help drive 3 successive years of double-digit growth in the market.
Helped EA achieve their inventory targets for the first time ever and delivered it successfully for 3 successive years.
