Successful implementation of projects with a purpose to achieve energy and cost savings. This has a by-product of improving system efficiency.

2. Core elements or functions that must operate effectively in order to achieve primary purpose:

I oversee the investigation & proposal writing of new projects. When project is contracted we review the proposal and draw up a detail project plan/design for review. Following approval of all parties the project moves on to implementation. Quotes are requested for needed work and after evaluation the selected contractor is appointed. Project is commissioned, tested and close-out handover documents are given

I enjoy working hard. I like to help people. I thrive in a dynamic working environment where I an expected to learn a lot about new subject matter in a short period of time. I’m Utterly dependable. I take ownership for anything I commit to and can’t but follow through on a commitment. I focus on work that needs to be completed. I don’t waste time. I am detail orientated.

11 Years implementing IDM project: 3 Years jr. Engineer on-site installations & commissioning, 3 years Engineer with overview of projects control systems and performance assessment, 5 years project managing project engineers to implement projects.

I’ve achieved the target saving in every project I’ve implemented.
I’ve followed the lean principals of the Toyota Way which has allowed us to have one engineer per 4 projects, where we used to have 1 engineer per project.

9. What do you absolutely love doing?

Having something to show for the work I put in. Construction of a design, implementation of a plan, etc.
