To manage and guide a team of professionals through the various stages of design and construct project. Cost control and contract management are vital components of what we do in successfully leading the team.
To assist in Change management across various entities to align the each companies operations with the Project specific goals and targets.

A self-driven leader and team member with strong management experience and a proven track record. I cope well under pressure and back my abilities when faced with challenges. Remaining calm in conflict situations has allowed me to be an astute problem solver and achieving buy-in from all stakeholders.
I naturally assume a leadership role where I aim to inspire confidence in team situations by allowing each member to play to their strengths.
A thirst for knowledge is a core trait and am constantly striving to acquire new skills to complement my existing ones, allowing me to be a stronger manager and team member.

8. Achievements: 
I helped successfully defend my client in arbitration proceedings against a R50mil- R100mil claim.
I worked with the Architect and structural engineer to reduce the building cost for the client by an estimated R80mil.
I lead the team to achieve building plan submission to council in two weeks after a major redesign was agreed with the client.

I love working with a multi-discipline team to solve problems and resolve conflict situations.
