1. Primary purpose of current/most recent position:
To oversee and support assigned Project / Installation Managers to manage projects through its entire lifecycle from conception & initialisation through definition, planning, execution and controlling to close-out. To develop and implement a structured Project Management Process to facilitate the successful execution of projects. To manage the entire Commercial Administration cycle of projects by coordinating activities and supporting of the CAD Administrators.

Clear strategic direction for the company and then aligned to me as individual proper communication especially amongst management team, up- and downwards leadership style in the orgnaisation that will facilitate growth for the entire organisation.

I am a passionate and balanced Project- and Business Manager. The ability to see the overall business view while at the same time analysing details, results in a proper operational action plan that produces results. I am searching for new challenges where my natural abilities can add further value and growth to the organisation.

When I took over the commercial administration department key financial figures related to debtors (I can’t disclose details) were more than 3 times over the required target (a negative). Within a year we achieved target and for the past year we are continuosly exceeding the target.
With the controls we’ve put in place key project information incl. financial data, was for the first time transparent and key decision-making was improved.
8. What do you absolutely love doing?
First understanding the business from a high-level perspective, then identifying and zooming into problem areas or areas to improve, then to actively engage with internal and external customers to make a visible impact on the situation and eventually see the results in the business.

I want to be part of a preofessional teams, achieving great things in the business.
I am not interested in titles and those things, I want to feel satisfied that we have ‘moved our world’ and achieved great results.
Tell me about a time when you had to get to the root cause of a problem to make a decision.
In my career I had to deal often with conflicts, legal matters and dismissal of employees.
Dealing with any of these I had to perform extensive investigations to the root causes.
