1. Primary purpose of current/most recent position:
As regional Construction Hub lead to lead Construction Projects, to engage with regional commodity business units to impart Construction management principles for major Projects (in excess of US $ 500 million), to be embarked within the Southern African region as domain responsibility within Project Framework and compliance with PMO principles.
To lead Projects engaged on through PFS and FS stages into implementation and commissioning prior to hand over to the business unit.
To select and develop Project teams on various engaged projects to successful completion.

8. Achievements:
Year 2012 Successfully completed largest rail infrastructure in last 35-year period as part of above project excellent programme; leading safety statistics with lean team concept; increased major export by almost 3 fold, in turn increasing GDP of the country.
Years 2009 Successfully completed major rail upgrade as part of R13 Billion upgrade in brownfields operational site.
Year 2003 to 2005: Successfully completed major portion approximately worth US$ 470 million brownfields petrochemical Project 2 months ahead of schedule and within budget for civil, structural, fireproofing and refractory.
Year 2000: Successfully turned Tunnel Project around from 8% loss to 27% profit Turn around came from different thinking from multi focus to single operational focus massively contributing to bottom line result as longevity for team individuals enhancing new careers.
Project was awarded Fulton award for design aspects included in our SOW.
Year 1997 to 1999 While Civil Contractor successfully completed reinforced structures and MEIP on major Dam project by injecting innovative thinking through alternate constructive methodology into consultant’s design whereby dramatically influencing end date. The Project has been attributed to increasing the client’s bottom line by 3 fold and was also awarded a Fulton Award for Aesthetic appeal.

Leading and developing teams for successful Construction Projects, listening engaging.
Leading the way in instilling safety culture within organizations as well as within teams under my control.
Allow individuals or groups of individuals to mind storm in a controlled and guided environment.
Ensuring Projects are completed safely, within budget and time and equally as important making sure when the team hands over and walks away being proud of a quality end result.
Innovating change and challenging to normal way of doing things if for the better growing through the process and replicating successful innovative advances to drive better and more successful Projects completion.
